Support Policy

Starting September 1, 2008 we have a new product upgrade policy and a slight change to our current policy for everyone who purchased before September 1.

New Upgrades Policy from September 1, 2008

License holders will receive free upgrades to SQL Delta for 2 years from the date of purchase and these upgrades are regardless of whether the new version is a major upgrade or a minor upgrade. Once your upgrade period expires you have the option of purchasing an Upgrade Support Extension to extend your upgrade support for another 2 years.

Currently Upgrade Support Extension is discounted and the price is 50% off the SQL Delta price at that time, for your same license type.

Change To Current Policy

For everyone who purchased SQL Delta prior to September 1, 2008 you still receive free upgrades for the life of the product. However we have been asked to clarify an end date for this policy. Effective immediately license holders of SQL Delta receive free upgrades for the life of the product or until December 31, 2030.
